My Story
My own journey has shaped the work I do today. I’ve navigated divorce, single parenting, returning to the workforce, building a business from the ground up, creative blocks, and the profound loss of both of my parents.
What carried me through was mindset work, healthy habits, and determined action - focusing on gratitude, allowing myself to process difficult emotions, and celebrating wins both big and small.
