My Story
My own journey has shaped the work I do today. I’ve navigated divorce, single parenting, returning to the workforce, building a business from the ground up, creative blocks, and the profound loss of both of my parents. What carried me through was mindset work, healthy habits, and determined action - focusing on gratitude, allowing myself to process difficult emotions, and celebrating wins both big and small.
I get my love of speaking from my mom, my love of business from my dad, and my love of community from my circle of sisters, family, neighbours, friends, and my incredible daughters who remind me daily what determination and joy look like.
The ideas I share aren’t abstract theories — they’re practical tools I’ve lived, tested, and used to move forward through real challenges. That’s why audiences connect: they see themselves in the stories, and they leave with strategies they can put into action right away.
