If you want to share your ideas more clearly and confidently on stage, I offer coaching to help you develop your talks and grow your speaking opportunities.
As an international keynote speaker and executive coach, and the Speaker Coach for CreativeMornings Winnipeg, I work with leaders, entrepreneurs, and subject-matter experts who want to communicate their ideas with clarity, confidence, and impact.
I am also a TEDx speaker (2026), continuing to develop and share my own work on stage.
Some people begin by coming to Speakers Lounge. Others want ongoing support through Speakers Business Group. Others work with me privately to develop a keynote or workshop.
I offer different levels of support depending on where you are in your speaking journey.
Speakers Lounge
Speakers Lounge is my free monthly gathering for speakers, entrepreneurs, and leaders who want to share ideas, build relationships, and talk about their work in a supportive room.
For many people, Speakers Lounge is where their speaking journey begins. It is a place to meet good people, gain confidence, and become part of a community of speakers and leaders who are putting themselves forward in meaningful ways.
Speakers Business Group
Speaking is one of the most powerful ways to share your ideas. Learning how to build opportunities around it expands your impact.
Speakers Business Group is a weekly coaching space for speakers and business owners who want to grow the business side of speaking.
Some members are professional speakers who want to increase opportunities and raise their fees. Others are entrepreneurs, consultants, and coaches who want to use speaking to generate clients, partnerships, and new opportunities.
While 1:1 coaching often focuses on developing a talk, Speakers Business Group focuses on how speaking becomes a consistent and meaningful part of your work.
Inside Speakers Business Group, we work on:
• positioning yourself clearly as a speaker
• identifying and pursuing speaking opportunities
• outreach, pitching, and proposal conversations
• clarifying offers, pricing, and next steps
• navigating conversations about your work with confidence
• choosing where to focus your energy
• maintaining momentum and follow-through
The emphasis is on steady progress and practical action.
HOW IT WORKS
Speakers Business Group meets weekly as a live online coaching space on Tuesdays from 12:00–1:00 pm.
Each session includes:
• a short teaching to support clarity and direction (Recorded and shared, creating a growing library of insights you can return to as your speaking work evolves)
• live coaching, questions, and decision support
• shared learning through hearing what others are navigating in their speaking work
Members also have access to an in-person work session on First Fridays after Speakers Lounge from 12:00-1:00 pm, creating space for focused work, support, and real-time feedback.

Private coaching is designed for speakers who want focused support developing and delivering a talk.
This 12-week coaching experience is for leaders, entrepreneurs, and speakers who want to develop a keynote, design a workshop, or strengthen their positioning.
We can work on:
• developing a keynote or signature talk
• designing a workshop or training program
• refining storytelling and message clarity
• strengthening delivery and stage presence
• preparing for an important stage or presentation
This work is highly personalized and includes rehearsal, feedback, and strategic conversation about how your speaking connects to the larger goals of your work.
