Born out of a long-standing Friday morning meetup where entrepreneurs and professionals come together to network, Speakers Lounge is relaxed, real, and rooted in community.

Whether you’re working on a keynote, dreaming of a TED Talk, or wanting to communicate with more purpose, this is a place to share ideas, spark conversations, and grow together.

Linda Drosdowech is a speaker coach, leadership educator, and public speaking enthusiast. She believes public speaking is one of the most powerful tools we have to create change, spark ideas, and connect with others in a meaningful way.

She helps people find their voice, step into the spotlight, and speak with clarity and confidence. As the Speaker Coach for Creative Mornings Winnipeg, she’s had the joy of supporting incredible individuals as they prepare to share their stories — and it always reminds her just how much magic happens when we speak from the heart.

Hosting Speakers Lounge is a natural extension of that work. It brings together her passion for public speaking and her deep love of gathering people in spaces where they feel welcome, inspired, and heard.
